REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the guidelines, terms, and conditions under which customers may get a refund for the products purchased from ORDALANE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) online application and/or any other platform(s).

 

    1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
      • Eligible Products/Services for Customer

    Products eligible for the refund must satisfy our product eligible for refund condition as mentioned below.

    • Images or videos to support the refund complaint with Batch details, and order details clearly visible should be provided to us at OrdaLane app without which we cannot process the request.
    • In case the product is not sealed/leaking/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton, and outer packaging images too should be shared on our above-mentioned email ID. Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.
    • In case the product received is empty or the volume of the product is less or the product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or the product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), mono-carton and outer packaging images too.
    • In case the internal packaging and the outer packaging received are very dirty- clear images or video of the complete open package received along with clear images or video of the mono-carton and outer packaging

    Products eligible for the refund must satisfy our product eligible for refund condition as mentioned below.

    • Images or videos to support the refund complaint with Batch details, and order details clearly visible should be provided to us at OrdaLane app without which we cannot process the request.
    • In case the product is not sealed/leaking/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton, and outer packaging images too should be shared on our above-mentioned email ID. Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.

    • If the Manufacturer or Service Provider cancels the order after receiving confirmation from the Buyer, the Buyer will receive a refund from either us or the Manufacturer/Service Provider, depending on where the payment was made. The refund of the booking amount will be the responsibility of the Manufacturer or Service Provider.
    • Initiation:
    • For all refund requests, customers must contact our customer service team at OrdaLane app or contact our Customer Care at 4/A, Ram Narayan Mukherjee Road, Sarsuna, Kolkata-700061.(Timings: 9:30 am – 5 pm IST) with the relevant service/booking details, including the service date, order number, and a description of the issue.
    1. REFUNDS

    2.1 Refund Timing:

    • Refunds may take varying time periods to be reflected in the customer’s account, subject to the processing time of the payment provider.

    2.2 Missing or Late Refunds:

    • Customers are advised to check their bank account and contact their payment provider if the refund is not received within the expected time frame.
    1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

    3.1 Policy Changes:

    • ORDALANE reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.

    3.2 Agreement to Policy:

    • By making a purchase with ORDALANE customers agree to and accept the terms of this Refund Policy.

    1. CANCELLATION POLICY

    CANCELLATION BY ORDALANE:

    There may be certain orders that M/S Addlens Technologies Pvt. Ltd cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue that M/S Addlens Technologies Pvt. Ltd identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

    CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

    • The Buyer cannot cancel any order once the products or services have been purchased and the Application has accepted and processed the Order. As a result, the Buyer is not eligible for any refund after placing the order. However, in the event that the issue arises due to our fault, the Buyer may be eligible for cancellation and refund. The Buyer must contact our customer care team through the email ID or contact number provided on the application. We will analyze the situation, and the decision to issue a refund will be at our sole discretion.

    CANCELLATION BY SELLER

    • The Seller cannot cancel any order once the products or services have been purchased and the application has accepted and processed the Order. As a result, the Buyer is eligible for a refund after placing the order. However, in the event that the issue arises due to the seller’s fault, the Buyer may be eligible for cancellation and refund. The Buyer must contact our customer care team through the email ID or contact number provided on the Application. We will analyze the situation, and the decision to issue a refund will be at our sole discretion.

Refunds will be processed according to the timelines stated for each service and credited through the original payment method in 7-10 working days, subject to your bank’s processing guidelines.
